I first started training with Rich in April of this year. I was constantly tired, drained and weak all the time due to a busy work schedule. A few weeks went by and I could feel the progress and I felt better in myself. However, work got busier and I was struggling to find time to myself, but Rich wouldn’t let me stop and he inspired me to keep going and get stronger. Today I feel a lot happier, stronger and I look a lot better too and I don’t think I could have achieved what I have without the support of Rich! Thank you.
